Recently, my family and I rented the game Mortal Kombat for the wii from blockbuster. We put it in the wii system, but when the wii menu came on, it said there wasn’t a disk in the wii. We’ve tried multiple times. We did the same things we do with our other wii games, but this one isn’t working.
Any tips or adivce?

I’m planning on buying a Wii/Wii fit bundle, and my boss says don’t waste my money, I won’t use it at all after 6 months and I’ll be pissed that I put down so much money. What does everyone think? Do I get it?

PS. I’m not much of a gamer at all, so if anyone has a beef about low quality of Wii games (like my boss), it will be completely lost on me.

I have a router, which is hooked up to my boyfriends computer. We set up the internet on the wii, and the internet did work on it. Now though, whenever my boyfriend wants to use the internet on his compute,r he has to unplug the router from his cmoputer and then plug it back in and then it works. Does anybody else have problems with the internet working on both the wii and the computer? Any suggestions? Thanks!

When I went to play Quantum of Solace on the wii my wii started freezing. I thought it might have been the games so I tried Tiger woods 09 but yet again the wii was freezing after about 10 minutes of play. I was pulling my hair out I tried everything. I unplug all my add ins from all available ports. Shut the wii off and unplugged for about 5 minutes. I still had the problem of wii freezing.

I decided to start searching on line for the answer. There is very little out there that can actually diagnose any problems for the wii freezing. Yahoo answers and the like’s people kept saying send it back to Nintendo but I did not want to lose my wii for 6 weeks and I was out of warranty so I would have also had to pay $75 to Nintendo as well.

I went on search of a few cheaper alternatives. I looked on forums for the answer but to no avail everyone kept saying either try unplugging and leaving for a bit then try again or if that doesn’t work send back to Nintendo.

I was just about to give up when I came across a wii fix guide? This was an eBook that would guide me through the steps to fix the wii freezing issue. It also was said to contain information on how to perform maintenance on the wii that would keep things like wii freezing and disk cannot be read issues from happening again.

When I thought about it you perform maintenance on PC’s constantly like virus scans and defrags to keep the PC running optimally so why wouldn’t you do the same thing with the wii?

It made perfect sense to me so I bought the wii fix and maintenance guide and started reading through it. I tried a few of the suggestion to fix the wii freezing problem one that I didn’t even know you could do on the wii after that I rebooted the wii left the power out for 5 minutes. When I turned the wii back on there was the health warning screen. I was over the moon. This guide that I just paid $25 for had saved me 6 weeks without my wii and $50 and it sorted my wii freezing problem. I have now started to perform maintenance on the wii at weekly intervals and have never had any problems since.

So if you have problems with your wii freezing then get this guide as it will save you hours of time and frustration and it will sort your problems so they don’t return again.
