Also, is there any game where you walk? On Wii Fit there is a running part, but I don’t know of any walking ones, and I like to walk.
Wii Fit makes me fall over a lot- I’m not too good at balance…and pretty much that’s all it is. I would also like one that doesn’t have difficult controls like Game Party.
I also like this kind because you can’t ‘beat’ them. You just play tennis, or play a song, or exercise, or…you get the point.
The ones you beat are useless after you beat them. What do you do with them then? There’s nothing else left to play!
i would recommend wii personal Trainer the most its like wii fit only diffrent physics its a game where you have to stand up and all that you should give it a try!!
Wii Balance Board games:
Jillian Michaels’ Fitness Ultimatum 2009
Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party
Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip
We Ski
Winter Sports 2: The Next Challenge
Skate It
Other Wii-intensive games:
Mario & Sonic at the Olympics
Wario Ware
Dragon Quest Swords
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3
Some games that make do stuff are Call of Duty World at War you have to move the controllers and you also shoot people, SSBB well you have to learn the combos and moves for the characters and it makes you think a little.
i would have said that the wii sports gets you up, but anyway ![]()
raveman raving rabbids.
^^ very good and gets you going :L
If the Wii Fit can be used for therapy to promote health and fitness then it might also be good for you too! I came across this post Wii Fit for Therapy – Are You Ready? Buy Wii Online now at. Check it out. There’s more bits of Wii Fit information at the site as well as systems and consoles for sale, some with free shipping they say.
I would most definitely recommend Wii Fit, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, Wii Sports, an maybe Wii Music/Guitar Hero World Tour.
As for walking, I don’t know if the Step Aerobics on the Wii Fit counts…you can always just walk up the stairs and down for no apparent reason
Wario smooth moves. Lots of different mini-games that make your arms move in all different directions.
